You and your well being are very important to us. Prior to your session we prepare to ensure an extraordinary experience for you. The time we reserve for you is held sacred, and we ask that you also honor this time with the utmost respect.
We strive to honor your needs and make this a wonderful experience, and we ask that you also honor yourself. Sessions begin promptly at the allotted date and time. We are unable to offer extra time after your allotted session if you are late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, or you are unreachable, the session is forfeited and there will be no refund. There are no exceptions.
