Everything is Energy

“Everything is energy and that is all there is to it.
Match the frequency of the reality you want
And you cannot help but get that reality.
It can be no other way.
This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

Bashar

Imagine Mozart writing a melody. As the music plays all goes well until he arrives at one specific B flat that disrupts the entire piece. If he replaces the B flat with a more harmonious note, everything will change and flow to form a true masterpiece.

Our personal realities are constructed with energy, such as thoughts and emotions that impact our internal music or frequency. Let’s say someone has an internal ballad playing with a B flat formed by the fear of abandonment. This fear puts out a specific frequency that colors the landscape of their life, affecting everyone around them…just as music does. We are all a walking orchestra of our own personal beliefs.

An abandonment frequency, rooted in subconscious and conscious thoughts and emotions, will cause this very person to use behavior that leads others to abandon them. However, the abandoned won’t recognize their own behavior or frequency is causing the abandonment. Therefor, they may feel hopeless, frustrated, angry, or as though life is out to get them. If they change the old frequency of abandonment to fulfillment, they will change the whole melody.

Your life path is a musical arrangement that can be rewritten.

How do we change frequencies? First we find our B flat. What is a recurring theme that hurts deeply? What is the fear that goes along with that? When did that begin?

Many people have deep fears implanted at a very young age, and live their lives as if it is normal to have this fear. Any negative or daunting emotion is not something we should have to live with or accept as part of our life path.

“Our subconscious minds
Cannot tell the difference between reality and an imagined thought.
What we continually think about eventually will manifest in our lives.”

Robert Collier

Once you find the fear and how it formed, rewrite it. Replace it with a different scenario, a different outcome and a different identity. Feel the frequency that goes along with the new song that you enjoy and begin to emanate that new reality. Who would you be now if that note had always been harmonious? How would you feel about yourself, others and life if you had experienced a different past? This is a playful way to change the course of your life by aligning your soul with the love it always deserved.

Imagination is the only weapon in the war against reality
