Kindness

In a world where we can be absolutely anything…
thank you for being kind.

   What all life requires more than anything else is kindness. Kindness involves love, warmth, caring, encouragement, thoughtfulness and generosity of spirit.

   Even a tiny show of kindness from friends, family or strangers proves to be the most important ingredient in recovering from illness, distress, trauma or heartbreak. Kindness can change your day, your relationships, your outlook, your sense of stability, happiness, appearance, and self appreciation. Kindness has this effect on every living being.

The highest form of wisdom is kindness…
to yourself and others.

   When we share affection with ourselves through positive self talk, encouraging thoughts, eating well, exercising, getting good rest and surrounding ourselves with good people who are loving and supportive, our body, mind and soul will strengthen, and stress will just be stress, nothing too difficult to deal with. When we share kindness with others, this increases harmony for the entire world.

True kindness is the greatest indication of spiritual evolution.
